Renewed sampling in the Llyn Brianne Observatory

PDRAs Will Perry and Ifan Jams commenced sampling in the Llyn Brianne Observatory last week as part of WP5. The sampling aims to compare eDNA metabarcoding approaches to traditional kick net sampling across 14 streams with differing environmental characteristics. A welcomed trip out after months of working from home!
